Our Montréal and Quebec City locations are also home to Maple Museums that educate and fascinate. Learn all about one of Quebec's oldest products, including how sap was traditionally harvested. An onsite tasting will let you experience the special quality of the many sweet things we make from maple! Admission is free.

1999: On May 18 the very first Canadian Maple Delights Bistro and Shoppe opens its doors in Vancouver, British Columbia, offering maple-flavored fare such as dressing, chicken, ham, maple syrup with blueberries, maple syrup with Grand Marnier®, and much more.
2002: On June 26 the second Canadian Maple Delights Bistro and Shoppe opens in the heart of the Old Montréal tourist district at 84 rue Saint-Paul. Tertiary food processing begins, ensuring attractive development possibilities for the future and a new international focus.
2005: In early June a new Canadian Maple Delights Bistro and Shoppe opens at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.
2007: On June 20 CITADELLE officially opens a Canadian Maple Delights Bistro and Shoppe in Old Québec, along with a Maple Museum on the second floor above. The museum provides an innovative look at the maple products industry and CITADELLE's role in it.
On November 27 a second Maple Museum, similar to the one in Old Québec, opens at the Bistro and Shoppe on Rue Saint-Paul in Montréal.
2008: On June 17 Canadian Maple Delights relocates its Vancouver Bistro and Shoppe to Water Street in Gastown area, a district popular with tourists.
